Privacy notice
Effective 10 July 2026
ReelLens is currently an invitation-only product. This notice explains the information processed while invited teams evaluate the service.
Information processed
ReelLens may process account details, workspace settings, public social-platform metadata selected through a customer's own API access, editorial decisions, production records, and operational logs needed to keep the service secure and reliable.
Platform credentials
Customer API keys and access tokens are intended to be encrypted and isolated to the relevant workspace. Complete credentials should not appear in ordinary screens, logs, reports, or support notes.
Public content metadata
The product is designed around public metadata and source links. It is not intended to download or store copies of creator video files.
How information is used
- Provide and secure invited workspaces.
- Collect and analyze authorized public metadata.
- Generate briefs, original idea drafts, and production plans.
- Monitor connection health, quota, errors, and backups.
- Support invited teams and improve the private beta.
Access and retention
Workspace access is limited by assigned roles. Retention and deletion controls will be expanded before public self-service signup. During the private beta, requests should be directed through the account administrator who issued the invitation.
Changes
This notice will be updated as billing, self-service onboarding, and additional platform connections are introduced.
